Job Description:
Purpose of the Role

To plan, execute, monitor, and successfully complete mechanical projects related to PF (Project Facilities/Plant Facilities) while ensuring safety, quality, cost optimization, and adherence to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Prepare project scope, schedules, resource requirements, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Review engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Mechanical Engineering Activities
- Supervise installation, erection, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with design standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements.




- Conduct technical evaluation of mechanical systems and recommend improvements.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues during project execution.
Contractor & Vendor Management
- Monitor contractor performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Verify measurements, bills, and work completion certificates.
- Coordinate procurement of project materials and equipment.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and permit systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and toolbox talks before project activities.
- Ensure adherence to IMS, ISO, and applicable statutory requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project records, progress reports, drawings, and technical documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
- Track project costs and provide MIS reports to management.
