Role Description
The Placement Director is a full-time, in office role based in Bhopal, responsible for leading and overseeing all placement-related activities.



This role involves building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners, coordinating campus recruitment drives, and identifying suitable opportunities for trainees and learners. The Placement Director will design and implement placement strategies, supervise placement coordinators, and track placement outcomes and performance metrics. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting career counseling sessions, organizing mock interviews and job-readiness workshops, and guiding learners on resume preparation and professional communication. The role also requires close collaboration with the training and management teams to align curricula with market needs, manage placement-related documentation, and ensure smooth transitions from training to employment.
