HVAC Design Engineer – Job Description

Position: HVAC Design Engineer
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Pune
Industry: HVAC / MEP

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare HVAC design, drawings, and layouts for projects.
- Prepare ducting, piping, and equipment layouts.
- Perform basic heat load calculations and equipment selection.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity estimation, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with Project, Site, Estimation, and Sales teams.
- Review drawings and make necessary changes as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients for design-related requirements.
- Ensure designs are prepared as per project specifications and applicable standards.
- Provide technical support to the site team during execution.




- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and design documents.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, VRF, Chilled Water, AHU, FCU, Ducting & Piping.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/MagiCAD will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of HVAC calculations and equipment selection.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and project requirements.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
