Job Title: Manager/ Senior Manager (Pre-Sales)

Location: Bangalore

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Manager BAPS (Pre-Sales) to lead and scale a large Pre-Sales

operation of 70–80 team members. The role focuses on driving lead qualification excellence, improving

conversion efficiency, ensuring seamless coordination with Sales, and strengthening operational processes

to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a large Pre-Sales team of 70–80 executives, including Team Leads, to drive

productivity and performance.
- Own end-to-end pre-sales funnel management, ensuring high-quality lead qualification and timely

handover to Sales teams.
- Drive achievement of key metrics such as connect rates, lead qualification accuracy, conversion

ratios, and SLA adherence.
- Implement robust performance management frameworks, including daily reviews, weekly

dashboards, and monthly performance evaluations.
- Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Tech teams to improve lead flow, CRM

effectiveness,



and closure efficiency.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements and automation to improve

scalability and efficiency.
- Build a robust leadership pipeline by coaching Team Leads and high-potential performers.
- Handle customer and internal escalations and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
- Support workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and training for the Pre-Sales function.
- Analyze MIS and data trends to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7–12 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Engagement roles.
- 4–6 years of experience managing large teams (50+ headcount), preferably in B2C or tech-driven

environments.
