- Identify & Develop vendors for services like Mining, Raw Material Handling, Recycling Waste operation, Equipment Hiring, Manpower, Consultancy etc.
- Finalization of contract for Mining, Raw Material Handling, Recycling Waste, Manpower, Consultancy, etc.
- Hiring of Equipment, HEMM etc.
- Understanding of machines operation.
- Preparation of Internal costing/Clean sheet costing
- Draft and execute output-based, KPI-linked and performance-driven service contracts.
- Floating Enquiry to the Suppliers/Contractors.
- Preparing Comparative Statement/ Negotiation & Order finalisation
- Preparation of Note for Approval, PO/WO/Agreement.
- Drive cost reduction
- Knowledge of SAP MM module, Ariba, MS PPT/Excel is required
- MIS & Reporting, maintaining data related to service orders.
- Coordination with all concerned dept (Plant & HO) for Requirement, PRs, Scope of Work, TE, Approvals etc.
- Follow up with Vendors for timely completion of Job/Mobilization of manpower & equipment.
