Role & responsibilities

Video Shooting & editing
- Independently handle basic to intermediate video shoots & edits(Short and long form). Shoot reels, expert videos, interviews, explainers, corporate videos and social media content.
- Set up camera, framing, lighting and audio for indoor shoots.
- Guide speakers/talent on framing, positioning and basic delivery during shoots.
- Understand shot composition, B-roll requirements and coordinate shoot requirements
- Should be able to convert raw footage into crisp, engaging narratives with knowledge of cuts, transitions, pacing, sound, music and colour correction.
- Create multiple platform-specific versions from the same footage.

Motion Graphics
- Create clean and modern motion graphics for videos including animation, typography, numbers, statistics, charts,



icons and infographics and ability to present financial and data-heavy information in a visually simple and understandable manner.

Preferred candidate profile
- Robust video editing and storytelling ability.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics.
- Good visual sense typography, composition, spacing
- Understanding of social-media-first video formats.
- Ability to identify the strongest portions of raw footage and build an engaging edit.
- Ability to work independently during smaller shoots.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple videos and deadlines simultaneously.

Software Proficiency

Strong working knowledge of:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop

Knowledge of the following will be an advantage
- AI-based video, captioning and editing tools
