About the Role

BAOIAM is looking for a
creative and motivated Video Editor Intern
to join our Marketing Department. The intern will work closely with the marketing and content team to create engaging short-form and long-form video content for
Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, advertisements, campaigns, and other digital platforms
.

This is a
performance-based internship
. During the first month, your work quality, creativity, turnaround time, consistency, and ability to understand brand requirements will be evaluated. Based on performance, the stipend can be
up to ₹10,000/month
.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging
Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, ads, and marketing creatives
.
- Convert raw footage into polished, engaging, and platform-ready content.
- Add




captions, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, background music, and visual elements
.
- Create videos according to BAOIAM's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the
Marketing, Social Media, Content, and Graphic Design teams
.
- Support video creation for
course launches, campaigns, student testimonials, UGC, brand awareness, and promotional activities
.
- Research current video trends, editing styles, hooks, transitions, and formats.
- Deliver multiple iterations based on feedback and campaign requirements.
- Maintain organized project files, raw footage, assets, and final exports.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned video projects.

What We Are Looking For
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of
Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools
.
- Strong understanding of
short-form video content and social media trends
.
- Good sense of story
