Role Purpose:

Manage end-to-end client onboarding through physical and digital platform. Process redemption, Top, up, other financial and non-financial transactions. Perform Client due diligence / Enhanced due diligence, KYC verification, generate business MIS, exposure to internal/ statutory audits, compliance, and stakeholder management while ensuring operational efficiency and governance across multiple AIF schemes.

Responsibilities

1) Client Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end investor onboarding through both physical and digital platforms.
- Review and process account opening documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Monitor onboarding turnaround times and resolve documentation discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate investor records and ensure timely account activation.
- Ensure timely activation of investor accounts post fund reconciliation and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Coordinate with relationship managers, regional service managers, trustees, and fund administrators for seamless onboarding.




- Ensure prompt resolution of operational and investor-related queries.

2) KYC, Due Diligence & Compliance :
- Perform KYC verification and documentation review for individual, corporate, trust, partnership, and foreign investors & others.
- Conduct Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) in line with AML, FATCA, CRS, and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and escalate high-risk investors, PEPs, adverse media findings, and sanction screening alerts.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, PMLA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Escalate exceptions and compliance concerns to Head - CS

3) Transaction Processing & Investor Servicing :
- Process financial transactions including:
- Capital commitments and drawdowns
- Top-up investments
- Redemptions, class change
- Distribution payouts
- Bank mandate updates and payment processing
- Handle non-financial transactions such as:
- Change of bank de
