- 4. Robust communication and analytical skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- 1. Review and follow up on pending medical claims with insurance companies
- 2. Handle denials, resolve issues, and resubmit claims as required
- 3. Ensure timely and accurate billing in accordance with US healthcare guidelines
- 4. Work closely with the billing team to reduce AR days
- 5. Maintain documentation and update claim status in the system




- 6. Communicate effectively with clients/payers for claim resolutions
- 7. Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
