*Key Duties & Responsibilities*

* Visit colleges regularly and coordinate with the HODs, principals, faculty members, and other college authorities.

* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with college management and academic authorities.

* Conduct course awareness sessions, career guidance sessions, and classroom presentations to introduce students to our courses and career opportunities.

* Focus on students from all academic streams and effectively communicate course benefits, eligibility, career opportunities, and placement support.

* Collect and maintain student databases and leads generated through college visits and classroom sessions.

* Follow up with collected leads through calls, messages, and other appropriate communication channels.

* Identify and conduct various lead-generation activities such as seminars, workshops, awareness programs, career sessions, promotional campaigns, and student engagement activities.

* Visit schools and coordinate with principals, teachers, coordinators, and other relevant authorities.





* Conduct suitable awareness and career-oriented activities for school students and collect relevant student databases.

* Explore and utilize other potential sources for lead generation, including educational institutions, tuition centres, training institutes, student communities, events, and local outreach opportunities.

* Maintain accurate records of institutional visits, sessions conducted, leads generated, and follow-up activities.

* Meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly visit and lead-generation targets.

* Coordinate with the internal marketing, counselling, and admissions teams to ensure proper conversion of leads.

* Regularly report institutional activities, lead status, and follow-up progress to the reporting manager.
* Experience of 2+ years.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
