About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Trainee with a robust technical foundation who is eager to start their career in the advertising industry.

This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who:
- Has a solid tech background
- Is comfortable working with data and systems
- Understands basic website and digital workflows
- Is confident interacting with clients and internal teams

You will support campaign execution, data tracking, process management,



and cross-team coordination—ensuring smooth operations across digital projects.

Key Responsibilities1. Campaign & Project Coordination
- Assist in managing digital marketing projects from client brief to final delivery.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams.
- Coordinate with Creative, Media, Performance, and Client Servicing teams.
- Ensure campaigns are executed as per timelines and quality standards.
- Support daily task tracking and status reporting.

2. Digital Marketing Operations Support
- Assist in execution across social media, performance marketing, influencer campaigns, and content projects.
- Coordinate assets such as creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and tracking links.
- Support campaign setup processes and ensure smooth internal handovers.
- Maintain documentation for ongoing and completed projects.

3. Data Management & Reporting
- Create and maintain campaign trackers, budget
