Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Law Officer to manage litigation and non-litigation matters, draft and review legal documents, coordinate with external counsel, and support the organization in ensuring legal compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong documentation, research, and coordination skills with hands-on experience in corporate or litigation practice.

Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting Documentation:
- Draft, review, and vet agreements, contracts, legal notices, pleadings, applications, affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Prepare draft notes, legal briefs, summaries, and internal reference documents for senior management. Maintain chronologies of events, lists of papers, proceedings, orders, and roznama for litigation matters.
- Litigation Case Management :
- Maintain updated records of all litigation and advisory matters.
- Track case status, court dates, filings, deadlines, and outcomes.
- Organize and preserve legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence (physical and digital records).
- Coordination Liaison:




- Coordinate with external law firms, advocates, and consultants.
- Brief external counsel by sharing facts, documents, and background notes.
- Act as the point of contact between the company and legal representatives.
- Legal Research Advisory Support :
- Conduct research on statutes, case laws, and regulatory provisions.
- Summarize research findings into concise, structured notes.
- Assist senior legal officers in strategy formulation and documentation.
- Meetings Proceedings :
- Attend legal meetings, court hearings, conferences, and discussions as required.
- Record and maintain accurate minutes of meetings and legal discussions.

Job Requirements:
- Education: LL.B. (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience: 5+ years in a corporate legal department, law firm, or litigation practice
- Robust understanding of legal documentation and court procedures
