Job Title: Sales Executive / Area Sales Executive (Wood & Interior Products / Painting)

Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat & Jaipur, Rajasthan,Bhuvaneshwar

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 2–4 years of sales experience in the wood, interior products, laminates, or decorative products industry.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building ability.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate secondary sales and ensure inventory clearance.




- Identify and onboard recent dealers, sub-dealers, contractors, carpenters, architects, and interior designers.
- Promote laminates, edge bands, and decorative products.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while providing excellent customer support.
- Conduct product demonstrations, dealer meets, and training sessions.
- Ensure product visibility at dealer counters.
- Coordinate with marketing and internal teams.
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback.

Pay: ₹10,018.23 - ₹33,542.57 per month
