Resident Manager/ Resident Captain/ Property Manager/Duty Manager (Female)

Myroomie - the pioneers in structured, professionally managed student accommodation seeks a dynamic Resident Manager for its campus in Bangalore.

This position is a stay-in resident manager position for a Lady, accommodation for residents, complete with all modern amenities. The position is responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily activities on the property including front desk operations, booking and customer services.
- Responsible for operational efficiency and student satisfaction.
- Overseeing property maintenance and appearances. Is responsible for smooth functioning, upkeep, maintenance of the accommodation premises. Typically resides on the property and responds to emergencies immediately.
- Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.




- Typically requires 5 to 8 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor or manager of a similar 2 to 3 Star hotel...
Qualifications
- Hotel Management Diploma or degree preferable.
- Fluent in English/Hindi/Kannada

Please note this is a senior level position, must have the ability to live on campus and requires complete dedication and focus. Accommodation with food will be provided along with attractive salary and perks.
