DESIGNATION: STAFF NURSE

FUNCTIONAL AREA: Ward/OPD/OT.

Work Instructions

· Liaison for patient consultations and physical examinations

· Receive patients for admission

· Record vitals, communicate with consultant doctors, prepare for treatment

· Assisting surgical procedures

· Providing general pre- and post-operative care

· Monitor and administer medication

· Assessing and planning treatment requirements

· Liaising daily with staff including doctors, non-medical management staff and healthcare professionals

· Writing reports and maintaining records

· Check and maintain inventory list of the department.

· Promote health education

· Accompany consultants for patient rounds, present the patient condition note down and implement instructions.

· To be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patients care needs as required.

· Keep emergency medicines handy,



along with inventory register as per deputation in the hospital

· Raising various requisitions related to treatments and nursing procedures act as a safe practitioner, demonstrating clinical excellence.

· Be responsible for the management of a ward /unit in coordination with supervisor in charge.

· Liaison with front office/ billing department for completing payment and discharge formalities. Accordingly guide patients to follow the orders as per consultant doctors advise.

· Ensure and achieve highest standard of patient care and treatment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
