Team Member Tool Maintenance 1 To ensure tools, jigs and fixtures are maintained effectively through the appropriate maintenance activities 2 To carry out periodic maintenance checks 3 Conducting preventive maintenance for all the tools, jigs and fixtures. 4 Attend break downs and to take immediate corrective actions to actuate the mould 5 Indenting for general spares to Purchase Department & follow up. 6 Assisting in preparation of MIS reports on weekly and monthly basis 7 Documenting as per ISO/ TS requirements. 8 Maintaining proper cleanliness in the work area.
