About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Visa Processing Officer with practical experience in Australian visa processing. The successful candidate will manage visa applications from documentation and preparation through submission and follow-up, while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and service standards.

This position is well suited to someone who can manage multiple cases, communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders, and work effectively in a deadline-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned Australian visa applications and related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients to collect, review, and organize required information.
- Prepare application documentation and ensure files are complete and accurate before submission.




- Track application progress and maintain timely case updates.
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding application requirements and status.
- Identify missing information or potential issues and escalate cases when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and CRM platforms.
- Follow applicable immigration requirements, internal procedures, and documentation standards.
- Support improvements to internal filing and case-management processes.
- Handle multiple applications while meeting agreed timelines and quality standards.

Essential Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Australian migration, visa processing, immigration operations, or a closely related field.
- Hands-on experience with Australian Subclass 482 visa applications is essential.
- Good working knowledge of Australian visa processes and documentation requirements.
