Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Digital Branding
- Coordinate with the Graphic Design / Creative Team for social media posts and creatives.
- Plan and coordinate creatives for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant digital channels.
- Maintain a proper schedule and follow-up for ongoing digital branding activities.

2. Pan-India Sales Team Coordination
- Manage requirements for brochures, product samples, marketing kits, display materials, catalogues, and other sales collaterals.
- Maintain proper records of materials dispatched to different locations and sales teams.

3. Showroom Branding & Display Management
- Coordinate with the concerned teams for the display and branding of existing showrooms.
- Ensure product displays, branding elements, signage, promotional materials, samples, and other showroom requirements are properly arranged.
- For current showroom launches, take ownership of the branding execution process from requirement gathering to completion.

Vendor Coordination & Branding Activities
- Coordinate with external vendors for various branding and marketing activities.
- Manage vendors involved in printing, fabrication, signage, showroom branding, displays, promotional materials, events, exhibitions, and other branding requirements.
- Obtain quotations and coordinate for approvals as required.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, bills, payment status, and payment-related queries.

5. Catalog & Marketing Collateral Coordination
- Coordinate with the Graphic Design for the preparation and development of product catalogs, brochures, leaflets, product sheets, and other marketing collaterals.
- Collect and share accurate product information, specifications, images, pricing/details, and other required content with the graphic team.
