As a Team Leader – Import Customs Manifest (ICM), you will lead a team responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant customs manifest submissions across multiple countries while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Job Summary:




The Team Leader is responsible for leading a high-performing team that manages the filing, maintenance, and governance of customer rates and contracts across Supply Chain Management (SCM). The role is accountable for delivering best-in-class automation and rate accuracy while ensuring contractual data is maintained to the highest quality standards. In addition to operational leadership, the role will drive the team's transition from legacy systems to next-generation platforms, ensuring business continuity throughout the transformation. The Team Leader will also be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing solutions to address the root causes of automation and accuracy gaps, partnering with cross-functional teams to influence platform enhancements that improve invoicing quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
