Role Description
The Travel Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves engaging with prospective travelers, understanding their preferences, and recommending suitable community-led trips listed on the TripTribe platform. The specialist will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, provide detailed trip information, and guide customers through the booking process. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on leads, coordinating with trip providers for availability and pricing,



and meeting defined sales targets. The role also includes providing post-booking support, gathering feedback to improve offerings, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to enhance the traveler experience.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and close bookings.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, online booking tools, and basic office software.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and interest in community or group travel experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Prior experience in travel sales, hospitality, or tourism is preferred but not mandatory.
