Job Summary

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring our brand to life across every channel, from the website and paid social to the decks our sales and leadership teams present with every day. You'll work closely with content, marketing, and product teams to turn ideas and briefs into visuals that are on-brand, fast to produce, and built to convert.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-converting website landing pages and other web assets in close collaboration with the growth, content, and product marketing teams.
- Create scroll-stopping social media creatives for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and Facebook, for organic posts, campaigns, and paid ads.
- Design one-pagers, sales collateral, and case study layouts that support the sales and customer success teams.
- Build and maintain visually compelling decks, including sales decks, product decks, webinar decks, and internal/investor presentations.
- Own and evolve Peoplebox's visual identity, ensuring consistency in typography, color, imagery, and tone across every touchpoint.
- Translate campaign briefs,



content outlines, and product ideas into clear, on-brand visual concepts with minimal back-and-forth.
- Create short-form motion graphics and lightly edited video content, such as reels, product demo snippets, animated social posts, and ad creatives.
- Collaborate closely with content, SEO, product marketing, and demand-gen teams to ensure design supports campaign and business goals.
- Manage multiple design requests at once, prioritizing based on deadlines and business impact.
- Maintain and expand a well-organized design system and asset library (templates, icons, illustration style, brand kit) for faster turnaround.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as a graphic/visual designer, ideally in a B2B SaaS or fast-paced start-up environment.
- Solid portfolio showcasing website/landing page design, social media creatives, and presentation/deck design.
- Proficiency in Figma f
