Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced IT Cyber Security Assistant Manager to strengthen and support the cyber security posture across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to SIEM/SOC alerts and security incidents.
- Manage EDR/XDR, endpoint, antivirus, email and web security solutions.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate patch management.
- Support incident response, remediation, risk management and security monitoring.
- Manage IAM activities including Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access and PIM.
- Support SAP S/4HANA security, user authorization reviews and application security.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 security, DLP, encryption and Azure/cloud security.
- Support ISO 27001, NIST and CIS-aligned security practices, policies and compliance.




- Conduct security awareness sessions and phishing simulation exercises.
- Coordinate with IT teams, vendors and stakeholders across multiple global locations.

Requirements:
- BE/BTech/MSc in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security or related field.
- 57 years of experience in IT/Cyber Security.
- Robust knowledge of SIEM/SOC, EDR, vulnerability management, IAM and network security.
- Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+ or CISSP will be preferred.
- Experience in a multinational/manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Ability to support global teams across different time zones.

Location: Pune (Baner) | Occasional domestic/international travel may be required.
