Role Purpose

The Offshore Sales PMO will provide comprehensive support to the Australia FSI Sales organization by delivering end-to-end sales operations, governance, reporting, and bid management services. Working in close collaboration with the Australia FSI Sales Lead, this role will drive operational efficiency across the entire sales lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of sales activities, robust pipeline governance, opportunity tracking, and seamless coordination with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales governance by maintaining and updating pipeline, prospect, and account trackers in real-time.
- Coordinate and manage bid and proposal activities, ensuring timely completion and delivery of all sales deliverables.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly sales dashboards, pipeline reports, and executive-level presentations.
- Track and monitor key sales metrics, opportunity status, pursuits, and critical action items.




- Coordinate effectively with Sales, Presales, Delivery, Finance, Commercial, and Talent teams to support sales pursuits and initiatives.
- Support account planning activities, client presentations, and internal governance reviews.
- Maintain data quality in CRM systems (Nautilus) and ensure timely updates of opportunities and forecasts.
- Drive continuous improvements and automation of sales reporting, governance processes, and operational workflows.
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations to optimize sales operations and efficiency.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- 7 to 10 yrs of professional experience in Sales PMO, Sales Operations, Bid Management, or Portfolio PMO roles within IT services organizations.
