This is a full-time, in office Private Chef role based in Mumbai. The Private Chef will design and prepare daily menus tailored to individual client needs, including dietary restrictions, health goals, and taste preferences. Responsibilities include sourcing high-quality ingredients, planning and prepping meals, cooking and plating dishes to fine-dining standards, and ensuring food safety and hygiene at all times. The role involves collaborating with nutrition and operations teams to align menus with health objectives and service standards, as well as adjusting menus based on client feedback. The Private Chef may occasionally travel with clients or support special events and private dining experiences as required.
Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills, including menu planning, recipe development, and expertise in multiple cuisines.
- Experience preparing nutritionally balanced meals, with an understanding of dietary restrictions, allergens, and health-focused cooking methods.
- Proficiency in kitchen organization, mise en place, time management,



and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Excellent plating and presentation skills, with attention to detail and consistency in quality.
- Outstanding client service, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to respond to feedback and adapt quickly.
- Proven experience as a Private Chef, Restaurant Chef, or similar role in premium or fine-dining environments.
- Culinary degree, professional chef certification, or equivalent hands-on experience is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel when needed.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
