Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and acquire customers from food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, FMCG, cable, pipe, automotive and packaging industries.

Conduct customer visits, machine demonstrations, sample printing and production-line trials.

Understand customer applications and recommend suitable CIJ or TIJ printing solutions.

• Prepare technical and commercial quotations and negotiate orders.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual machine and consumable sales targets.

• Generate business for AMC, installation and after-sales support.

• Coordinate with the service team for installation, training and complaint resolution.

• Maintain the sales pipeline, visit reports, customer database and follow-up records.

• Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.

• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
