• Strong understanding of GCP services & products with billing and cost perspective

• Proficiency in GCP billing tools and dashboards

• SQL skills for analyzing BigQuery billing exports

• Knowledge of IAM, project hierarchy, and governance models

• Strong analytical and documentation skills

• Clear, skilled customer communication skills

Key

Responsibilities*

• Own and resolve GCP billing and cost investigation cases endtoend

• Analyze invoices, usage reports, credits, adjustments, and billing exports

• Explain GCP pricing models including usagebased pricing, SUDs, CUDs, and

regional pricing

• Correlate technical resource usage to billing and financial impact

• Use billing dashboards, cost management tools, and BigQuery billing exports

(SQL)

• Ensure accurate documentation and auditready billing analysis

• Collaborate with technical, finance, and account teams for issue resolution

• Meet defined SLOs and quality benchmarks while handling customer

communications
