About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
International Sales / Business Development professional
to drive business growth for Task Tracker Suite across international markets, particularly
UAE and USA
.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
B2B IT services sales, international client acquisition, lead generation, relationship management, and end-to-end sales cycle management
.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.

· Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, networking, and other channels.

· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across assigned international markets.

· Manage the complete sales cycle from
prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, closure,



and post-sales support
.

· Conduct client discovery calls and understand business requirements.

· Present Task Tracker Suite and relevant IT/business solutions to prospective clients.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients.

· Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and quotations in coordination with internal teams.

· Handle client objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.

· Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, revenue pipelines, and follow-up activities.

· Monitor lost opportunities and identify reasons for deal failures to improve conversion rates.

· Coordinate with delivery and internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

· Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and account expansion.

· Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

· Work toward achieving monthly
