Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Windows servers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows Server administration using tools like Hyper-V and VMware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT problems and implement solutions.
- Develop documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles.
Job Requirements :
- 5.2-8 years of experience in Windows administration on a Windows Server environment.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, Cisco networking equipment, and hypervisor technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Experience with troubleshooting techniques for resolving complex technical issues.
