Role Overview

We're looking for a Brand & Social Media Manager to own the day-to-day brand and social presence of a portfolio of clients across government and consumer categories. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution — shaping how brands sound and look online, running the content engine, and making sure every post, campaign, and asset holds together as one coherent brand.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll manage multiple accounts at once, so organisation, judgment,



and pace matter as much as creativity.

Key Responsibilities

*1. Social Media Management*
- Own end-to-end social media for assigned client accounts — strategy, content calendars, scheduling, posting, and community management
- Drive platform-specific content direction across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook, adapting tone and format to each brand
- Track performance, read the analytics, and translate insight into sharper content and reach
- Stay ahead of trends, formats, and cultural moments — and turn them into relevant, on-brand content quickly

*2. Brand & Content*
- Maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint — voice, visual identity, and messaging
- Develop content concepts, campaign ideas, and copy, and brief them clearly to designers and video teams
- Coordinate shoots, reels, and creative production from concept to delivery
- Build and maintain content pipelines so account
