Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.

Role & responsibilities
- Daily Accounting
- Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
- Maintain cash book, bank book, ledger, and other accounting records.
- Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Bank & Ledger Reconciliation
- Perform regular bank reconciliation.
- Reconcile customer, vendor, and other ledger accounts.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
- GST & TDS
- Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns.
- Maintain GST purchase and sales records.
- Calculate and record TDS deductions.
- Assist with TDS returns, certificates, and related compliance.




- Coordinate with consultants/auditors whenever required.
- Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate with HR for salary processing.
- Verify salary-related deductions such as PF, ESI, TDS, and other applicable deductions.
- Maintain records required for statutory compliance.
- Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Monitor customer outstanding payments.
- Maintain vendor payable records.
- Prepare outstanding reports and follow up with concerned departments.
- Verify vendor bills before payment processing.
- MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Prepare expense, collection, outstanding, and payment reports.
- Provide required financial data to management.
- Maintain Excel-based MIS and financial statements.
- Audit & Documentation
- Maintain proper accounting files and supporting documents.
