The Operation Executive shall be responsible for managing the firm’s operational workflows throughout the client lifecycle, ensuring coordination between clients, legal teams, finance, and other stakeholders.

The role focuses on client onboarding, operational coordination, reporting, and enhancing the overall client experience. The Operation executive shall ensure that every client engagement progresses efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Onboarding
- Coordinate client onboarding upon acceptance of proposals.
- Collect KYC documents, billing information, and onboarding documentation.
- Prepare and coordinate execution of Engagement Letters.
- Coordinate conflict checks with the relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Finance for invoice issuance and payment confirmation.

2. Client Lifecycle Management
- Act as the primary operational point of contact during client onboarding.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely commencement of engagements.




- Track retainer commencement, renewal, and expiry dates.
- Coordinate renewal documentation and approvals.
- Coordinate client closure and offboarding upon completion of engagements.
- Collect client feedback and maintain client satisfaction records.

3. Process Coordination
- Ensure adherence to the firm's SOPs and operational processes.
- Coordinate between Partners, Reporting Managers, and Finance department.
- Support implementation of new operational processes and workflow improvements.

4. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain client onboarding tracker.
- Maintain proposal and conversion tracker.
- Prepare operational dashboards and MIS reports.
- Prepare periodic reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, client management, or qualified services.
