- Support end-to-end MSME learner engagement and follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels to drive participation, retention, and course completion.
- Support learners with basic LMS queries, session coordination, feedback collection, and other day-to-day support needs , while flagging any engagement challenges to the team.
- Keep learner data and trackers updated , including onboarding, attendance, engagement, course progress, and completion.
- Review learner data to spot gaps and follow up with learners , helping the team improve engagement and course completion.
Role Overview The Intern will support the implementation of a large-scale MSME AI Enablement Program across designated geographies. The role will primarily focus on data management, MSME learner engagement, participant follow-ups, and course completion and retention, while supporting day-to-day program coordination and execution.
