Job Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment for different company sites.
- Understand manpower requirements from site teams.
- Search and source candidates through job portals, WhatsApp, references, etc.
- Call candidates and explain the job details.
- Shortlist candidates as per the requirement.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate and recruitment records in Excel.
- Coordinate with site HR and management for recent joinings.
- Help the HR team with other recruitment activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
