About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Oracle Fusion Service Technical Consultant
with strong hands-on experience in the Oracle Fusion ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, customizing, integrating, and supporting Oracle Fusion Service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end technical activities for
Oracle Fusion Service
.
- Work on
Service Request Management, Knowledge Management and Entitlements
.
- Configure
Service Folders, Work Orders, Queues and Assignment Rules
.
- Develop customizations using
Groovy Scripting, Application Composer and Page Composer
.
- Design and support integrations between Oracle Fusion Service and external applications.
- Work with
REST and SOAP Web Services
.
- Support
Field Service Integration, Digital Customer Service (DCS) and Omni-Channel
solutions.
- Develop complex reports and dashboards using
OTBI and BI Publisher
.
- Perform data loading using relevant Oracle Fusion tools such as
FBL/HDL
.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment and production support.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects and business stakeholders.
