Hiring: Electrical Technician – Battery Storage & O&M;

We are looking for a
Fresher Electrical Technician
to join our technical team and gain hands-on experience in
Battery Storage and Electrical Operations & Maintenance (O&M;)
.

Key Responsibilities :-
- Assist in installation, testing, commissioning, inspection, and maintenance of battery storage systems.
- Monitor battery parameters such as
voltage, current, temperature, SOC, and system alarms
.
- Assist with inspection and basic troubleshooting of batteries, BMS, DC systems, cables, panels, and related equipment.
- Support
preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance
of electrical equipment.
- Assist in maintenance and inspection of panels, switchgear, transformers, cables, motors, UPS, and other electrical systems.
- Take equipment readings and maintain daily logs, checklists, and maintenance reports.
- Assist senior engineers/technicians during testing, commissioning, shutdown, and maintenance activities.
- Follow
SOPs, PPE, LOTO, work-permit,



and electrical safety procedures
at all times.

Eligibility :-
- ITI / Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Freshers / 0–1 year experience
can apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, AC/DC circuits, electrical equipment, and testing instruments.
- Basic understanding of batteries and electrical maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work at project/site locations and in shifts, if required.

Preferred Knowledge :-

Exposure to
BESS, BMS, PCS, inverters, transformers, switchgear, electrical protection, SCADA, or renewable energy systems
will be an advantage.
