Role Description
We are looking for creative, technical problem solvers to join our Intelligent Process Automation advisory practice that advises clients on the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Cognitive Technologies to achieve business outcomes such as cost reduction, capability enhancement and risk mitigation.

Our RPA consulting team in Bangalore interfaces with ISG teams in North America and Europe to design, develop and deploy RPA solutions for clients globally utilizing RPA software such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath and others. As a developer on the RPA team, you will have the opportunity to deliver value to clients working as both an individual contributor and by directing the efforts of Senior on the team.

Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for all technical aspects of RPA implementation projects and initiatives.



Either as an individual contributor or as a team player supporting ISG project lead in the creation and ongoing refinement of an appropriately tailored RPA solution that provides the optimum platform for rapid and repeatable delivery of automated processes.
- Develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure recent RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
- Lead client interactions with various IT teams including, architecture, security, administration during pre-sales and implementation
- Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the RPA solution to clients by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases and supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
- Own & develop RPA Body of Knowledge (BoK) and manage training and partner technology accreditation of RPA team members.
- Depending on the needs of certain clients and projects, some client-facing work will be required and potentially travel to client sites in North America and Europe.
