We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier / Accounts Executive to join our Maruti Suzuki dealership. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in cashiering and accounts, preferably in the automobile dealership industry. The role involves managing daily cash collections, customer payments, accounting entries, bank transactions, and supporting the dealership's finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily cash collections and customer payments for vehicle sales, service, spare parts, accessories, and insurance.
- Receive payments through cash, cheque, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment modes.
- Issue receipts and ensure timely and accurate posting of all transactions.
- Maintain the daily cash book and perform cash reconciliation.
- Deposit daily collections into the bank and maintain related records.
- Pass accounting entries in Tally/ERP and maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and assist in month-end account closing.
- Verify invoices, payment vouchers,



and supporting documents before processing transactions.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Insurance, and Finance departments to ensure smooth payment processing.
- Assist in maintaining customer account records and outstanding payment tracking.
- Support statutory compliance by maintaining proper documentation for GST, TDS, and audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in cashiering and accounting.
- Experience in an automobile dealership, preferably a Maruti Suzuki dealership, will be highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
