Job Description

We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer with a solid foundation in Python or the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to build next-generation AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have experience developing scalable applications, integrating APIs, and working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python or the MERN Stack.
- Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Integrate and deploy AI/ML models using platforms such as Hugging Face, Replicate, OpenAI, and other LLM providers.
- Develop Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines by connecting LLMs with external knowledge sources and vector databases.
- Design and implement Agentic AI workflows using AI agents, tools, and APIs.




- Create and optimize prompts for LLMs to improve response quality and application performance.
- Develop AI copilots, chatbots, automation tools, and intelligent assistants.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript (MERN Stack).
- Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Express.js.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
- Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.
- Experience building or integrating Agentic AI workflows.
