Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production targets.
- Oversee CNC machines, lathes, drilling machines, VMCs, and other equipment to produce high-quality products on time.
- Supervise a team of technicians and operators to ensure they are working safely, efficiently, and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, production schedules, and quality control standards.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years' experience in a similar role within an auto components industry.
- Robust knowledge of CNC machines (VMC), lathes machine operation.
- Proficiency in drilling machine operation with attention to detail.
