We're looking for a Project Coordinator to manage and support pharma marketing, digital campaigns, webinars, microsites, and operational projects. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy planning, coordination, communication, and ensuring projects are completed successfully and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage Pharma Physical & Digital Projects.
- Track project progress and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, developers, printing vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and operational data using Excel.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project milestones.
- Support webinar activities, digital campaigns,



microsites, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
- Resolve coordination challenges and provide regular project updates to management.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables and project success.

Skills & Qualifications

✔ Good communication and coordination skills.

✔ BBA, BCA, BE, or related backgrounds preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
✔ Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
✔ Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
✔ Experience in Operations, Administration, Project Coordination, Client Servicing, or Project Management will be an added advantage.
