SAP Security & GRC Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Security and SAP GRC Access Control. The candidate should be capable of independently handling both project and operational SAP Security activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle SAP Security implementation and operational support activities independently.
- Manage SAP Security and authorization activities in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Work on S/4HANA Security, including Fiori Security.
- Configure, support, and maintain SAP GRC Access Control.
- Participate in end-to-end SAP GRC implementation projects.
- Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and related activities.
- Work with ARA, EAM, and ARM components.
- Assist in the configuration and optimization of GRC workflows and processes.




- Participate in SAP GRC Access Control upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Security and GRC-related issues.

Required Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in SAP Security & Authorization.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Security.
- Experience with Fiori Security.
- At least 4–5 years of experience in SAP GRC Access Control.
- Experience in at least one full SAP GRC implementation as a consultant.
- Robust understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Experience with ARA, EAM, and ARM.
- Good understanding of SAP Security principles and best practices.
- Ability to independently manage SAP Security tasks across project and operational environments.
