Role: Creative Visualiser & Designer

Location: Gurgaon (Full-time onsite 5 days a week)

At Stanza Living, design is a language. For storytelling, culture, leadership, and the spaces thousands of people call home. We're looking for a Creative Manager who leads with ideas, someone who can build brand, shape spaces, and use every tool available (including AI) to do it faster and better.

What You'll Do

*Brand Building & Identity*
- Evolve and expand Stanza Living's brand guidelines. Keeping them sharp, consistent, and ahead of where the brand is going.
- Build visual identities for current initiatives, sub-brands, and campaigns from the ground up.
- Maintain the integrity of the Stanza Living brand across every touchpoint digital, print, and physical.

*Communications & Storytelling*
- Design for leadership voices, culture campaigns, townhalls, values rollouts, and internal comms.
- Experiment across formats: decks, emailers, infographics, motion graphics, and digital-first content.
- Make every communication feel crafted, not templated.





*Space & Environmental Design*
- Conceptualise and execute wall illustrations and environmental branding across Stanza properties.
- Develop unit-level visual experiences. Art direction for common areas and in-property brand touchpoints.
- Bridge digital brand thinking with on-ground execution.

*AI & Systems*
- Build AI-assisted workflows for repeatable tasks: asset resizing, template production, and format adaptation. So the team spends more time creating and less time executing.
- Use AI tools (image generation, motion, copy) as a creative accelerant, not a shortcut.
- Develop prompt libraries and brand guardrails to keep AI output on-brand and consistent.

*Project Management*
- Own timelines, briefs, vendor relationships, team management, and creative pipelines across parallel workstreams.
- Balance long-lead brand projects with fast-turnaround day-to-day requests without dropping craft standard
