Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – PL Cross-Sell to drive Personal Loan cross-sell business through a team of sales executives. The role will be responsible for achieving business targets, managing team performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring quality customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly PL cross-sell targets.
- Drive Personal Loan sales through the existing customer base and cross-sell opportunities.
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor individual team member performance against assigned targets.
- Identify potential customers and ensure effective lead generation, follow-up, and conversion.
- Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and field visits.
- Train and coach team members on product features, sales techniques, customer handling,



and objection management.
- Ensure proper utilization and follow-up of leads generated through various channels.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and identify additional lending opportunities.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC requirements, process guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Track sales funnel, login, approval, disbursement, rejection, and productivity metrics.
- Take corrective actions for underperforming team members and improve overall team productivity.
- Prepare and share regular MIS and business performance reports with management.
- Ensure high-quality sourcing with minimum customer complaints and sustainable portfolio growth.
