Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Canada PR processing under Express Entry (FSW/CEC/FST) and Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP)
- Review client eligibility, assess profiles, and calculate CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) scores
- Coordinate with clients to collect, verify, and organize required documentation
- Manage WES / ECA (Educational Credential Assessment) procedures and follow-ups
- Guide clients on IELTS/language test requirements and documentation
- Create, manage, and update Express Entry profiles in the IRCC portal
- Prepare and review supporting documents including Letters of Explanation (LOE) and Statutory Declarations
- Track IRCC updates, draw results,



and application progress for all active cases
- Handle Additional Document Requests (ADR) and procedural fairness letters within required timelines
- Coordinate biometrics appointments, medical exams, and police clearance certificate (PCC) collection
- Support e-APR (electronic Application for Permanent Residence) filing after ITA (Invitation to Apply)
- Liaise with internal teams (documentation, compliance, RCIC/legal) to ensure smooth case progression
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in the CRM system
- Escalate complex, delayed, or refused cases to senior consultants/RCIC for review
- Stay current with IRCC policy changes, program updates, and category-based draw criteria
- Ensure compliance with CICC (College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants) regulations throughout case handling
