Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience while partnering with hiring managers to meet business hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.




- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and manage offer rollouts.
- Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and joining ratio.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely documentation and onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
- Stay updated with industry hiring trends, talent availability, and competitor insights.
- Maintain recruitment records and generate hiring reports as required.
