- Coordinate the new employee onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.
- Manage employee performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms to support continuous improvement.
- Administer employee benefits and handle leave requests in alignment with company policies.
- Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor and track employee development and training programs to foster professional growth.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions.
