About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 2–3 month full-time internship. This is a great opportunity for a fresher who wants to gain practical, hands-on experience in Human Resources and understand how HR functions within a professional organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates.
- Communicate with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Help maintain attendance and basic HR documentation.
- Assist the HR team with other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Fresher or currently pursuing/recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates over phone and WhatsApp.
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and professional behaviour.
- Prior HR experience is not required.
