Job Description
Fly Bagna is looking for a Visa Processing Assistant to support our visa operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a career in the travel and tourism industry. You will assist in managing visa applications and documentation for multiple international destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing sticker visas for UK, USA, Schengen countries, Japan, South Africa, and Canada
- Handle and support e-visa applications
- Collect, verify, and organize client documents as per embassy and consulate requirements
- Maintain accurate records and track visa application status
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely submission of documents
- Support visa processing for individual travelers, group departures, and corporate tours
- Communicate visa requirements and updates clearly to internal teams and clients
- Ensure compliance with immigration and travel regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in visa processing or a degree in the travel/tourism industry
- Basic knowledge of sticker visas and e-visas
- Understanding of visa documentation processes
- Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry
- Robust organisational and documentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
