About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager to develop and grow the SPC Flooring business in Shimla and nearby markets.

The candidate will be responsible for dealer development, market expansion, customer relationships, project sales, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the SPC Flooring dealer and distributor network in Shimla and surrounding areas.
- Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, retailers, and flooring contractors.
- Generate business from architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and project consultants.
- Conduct regular market visits and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote SPC Flooring products, designs, specifications,



and applications to customers.
- Generate project leads and follow up for product approvals and orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, and market trends.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, samples, dispatches, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and visit reports.
