Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy environment for students living in the hostel.
- Provide pastoral care and counseling to students as needed.
- Maintain discipline among students, addressing any misbehavior or disruptions promptly.
- Coordinate with teachers, school administration, and other staff members to resolve issues related to student welfare.
- Conduct regular checks on student activities, ensuring they are engaged in productive and constructive pursuits.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience working with children or teenagers as a house parent or in a similar role.
- Robust communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and organization.
- Familiarity with school operations and policies; willingness to adapt quickly to new procedures.
